Refund policy

ALL ORDERS REQUIRE both ID AND CARD VERIFICATION.

 ID VERIFICATION: Full Name and Shipping Address on order MUST MATCH full name and address on ID. 

CARD VERIFICATION: Full name on Card MUST MATCH full name on ORDER AND ID. last 4 digits on card must be visible as we can see the last 4 digits in our system.

NO EXPIRED IDs, All information MUST match or order WILL BE CANCELLED. Orders that have to be cancelled due to customers not following policy will NOT fully reimbursed. Customer will be reimbursed up to 96% of order total. More information on this process is stated in our REFUND POLICY AND ID AND CARD VERIFICATION POLICY ( located on our website main menu tabs )

 ORDER VERIFICATION FORM WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WITHIN 12 HOURS AFTER PURCHASING. Please fill out the form within 24 hours after receiving it. The quicker you fill out the form the quicker we can get your order processed and shipped. 

customers will ONLY be refunded 90-96% of their total if their order is cancelled due to negligence on the customers behalf. Negligence is due to not reading policies and descriptions before checking out as all customers agree to by placing an order. 

If you choose to cancel an order after you place it due to no longer wanting the product, you don't want to do ID and Card Verification as it states is required on our website or it has to be cancelled because your order name, shipping and billing address doesn't match the name and address on the ID and Card as stated on our website under our ID AND CARD VERIFICATION POLICY it HAS TO ALL MATCH

All of this information is entered on the website, it is visible on our website under our refund policy, ID and card verification policy and in each product description. THIS EXACT POLICY IS VISIBLE IN 3 SEPARATE locations ON OUR WEBSITE. 

It is your responsibility as the customer to read all policies and product descriptions before you checkout and make sure everything matches. If you do not read you will be at fault and will not be fully reimbursed. 

All reimbursements range from 80% - 96% and is different for each order depending on order amount, payment method that was used and customer location.

All SALES ARE FINAL. Please be advised before purchasing, once an order has been placed there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake made on the sellers behalf.
